I made this for my husband as dinner – but i think it might have been more appropriate as a breakfast – but at the time we were too hungry to care
Ingredients:
500 g Steak (beef)
1 tbs Vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Aginomoto
1 tbs Olive Oil
For the vegetables: (i bought the frozen mixed vegetables cuz i was short on time)
20 g Carrots
20 g Beans
20 g Peas
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Aginomoto
Method:
1. Cut the steak into palm size pieces
2. Marionate for 15 minutes with vinegar, salt, aginomoto and olive oil
3. Place the steak in grill or pan (as preferred) and cook until done
4. Place the vegetables in another pan
5. Add all the ingredients and steam the vegetables
Serving suggestions:
Serve with fried eggs and steamed sausages!
