One of the starters from my previously posted Chinese menu…. and though great starters they are – they also go as wonderful snacks for the kids whenever they are hungry!
Ingredients:
Chicken (boneless): 1 kg
Eggs: 2
Cornflour: 2-3 tbs
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Aginomoto: 1/2 tsp
Baking powder: 1/4th tsp (but i usually don’t use it)
Method:
1. Cut the boneless chicken into bit size pieces
2. Beat the eggs and add salt, aginomoto and baking powder (as needed)
3. In a seperate bowl, mix the cornflour in water – make sure that it doesn’t become lumpy
4. Slowly add the cornflour into the egg mixture – keep stirring at all times
5. Add the chicken into the mixture and deep fry till golden brown
Dish is ready!

Try it out with Thai chilli sauce!
