This ofcourse doesn’t have to be cooked. Its more like a dip… we mostly and usually have youghurts dips and at most garlic sauce (but even that is rare and rarely homemade)
Ingredients:
Yoghurt: 400 gms
Cucumbers: 2
Salt: 1/4th tsp
Red chilli: 1/4th tsp
Cumin powder: 1/4th tsp
Minced Garlic: a drop (optional)
Method:
1. Simply cut the cucumbers into small chunks
2. Mix all the spices into the yoghurt. The garlic gives it a slightly tangy spicy taste…. add it if you feel like it
3. Add the cucumbers!

I made this 2day with a slight variation:) instead of red chilli i put in black pepper…very tasty:) had it with biryani…
